What is an antenna base?

How do I replace an antenna base?

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
  2. Unscrew the antenna base from the vehicle using a wrench.
  3. Remove the old antenna base and replace it with a new one.
  4. Reattach the antenna base to the vehicle and reconnect the negative battery terminal.
