How do I replace a diverter valve?
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Unscrew the clamp that secures the diverter valve to the engine intake manifold.
- Pull the diverter valve out of the manifold.
- Install the new diverter valve in the manifold.
- Secure the valve with the clamp.
- Reconnect the negative battery cable.
