How do I replace my EGR valve seals?
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the EGR valve from the engine.
- Take off the old EGR valve seals.
- Clean the mating surfaces of the EGR valve and the engine.
- Install the new EGR valve seals.
- Reinstall the EGR valve and reconnect the negative battery cable.
