  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the drive shaft by unbolting it from the differential and transmission.
  3. Replace the old drive shaft center support with a new one.
  4. Reinstall the drive shaft assembly, making sure to torque all the bolts to the correct specification.
  5. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
