  2. Disconnect the steering column from the steering rack and the firewall.
  3. Remove the old steering column from the vehicle.
  4. Install the new steering column in the vehicle.
  5. Reconnect the steering column to the steering rack and the firewall.
  6. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
