How do I know if my Audi A6 has 2nd row retention devices?
When ordering a set of floor liners, particularly for the 2019-2021, you may be asked if your 2nd row has retention devices.
Here's how to tell:
In the 2nd row (the row behind the front driver/passenger side seating), remove any mats that you may have installed. In the middle of the foot area, you may find two small anchors / nibs sticking out of the floor pan.
These are factory devices designed to help keep your floor mats/liners from moving around.
Some Audi A6's were manufactured with these anchor devices in place, but some vehicles do not have them equipped.
Will these fit the automatic or manual transmission?

For some vehicle years, there is floor pan difference between the automatic and manual transmission.
When ordering, our website may ask you if you have an automatic or manual transmission. If our website doesn't ask, then this question isn't applicable to your vehicle.

In 2006, Audi made a mid-year change to their A6 line-up.
When ordering floor liners for a 2006 Audi A6, you'll be asked whether your vehicle was manufactured before or after February 2006.
Your VIN plate will usually tell you the date it was manufactured.
Alternatively:
Pre-February 2006 models will look like a 2005 Audi A6.
March 2006 or later models will look like a 2007 Audi A6.
