Custom-made strong tonneau cover

The BAK BAKFlip MX4 is a strong tonneau cover custom-made to perfectly fit most vehicles. It’s made of sturdy and durable ½ inch thick and rustproof aluminum panels and a premium density foam core. This sturdy cover can withstand up to 400 lbs of evenly distributed weight.

Stylish, sleek and saves on fuel

This cover looks great thanks to the matte black finish. It makes the surface resistant to scratches, scuffs, and UV rays. The cover fits flush inside the rails and tailgate, and the aerodynamic shape helps save on fuel.

Aircraft-grade aluminum rails

The aluminum rails are aircraft-grade and rustproof. With a black powder coat finish, they create a solid base for the tonneau cover.

No-drill easy installation

This BAK BAKFlip MX4 cover is easy to install as there's no drilling needed. It comes with easy to follow instructions and all installation hardware. Some of those are the no-drill clamps. They hold the rails snuggly to the bed rail, allowing for a safe and fast installation.

Your cover is an updated version of current BAK tonneau covers. Features such as matte elevator bolts, prop rod clips, rail end caps, and finished cab corner caps are new.

Enhanced tailgate seal

Now you don't need to keep the cover in the open position before closing the tailgate. Thanks to the enhanced tailgate seal, you can lock the truck's lid whether the tailgate is closed or open.

Weathertight seals

Weathertight rubber seals offer tight protection against moisture for your BAK BAKFlip MX4. The bulkhead seal fills in any gaps left between the bed liner and the side rails and seals the cover. Matte black EPDM rubber seals join the rails to the bed rails. Triple fin seals interconnect the panels in a seamless fashion.

Integrated drain channels

To keep your cargo bed moisture-free, the rails and drain channels make an efficient drainage system for your MX4. Shaped like rain gutters, the rails collect rainwater and melted snow and convey it to the drain channels through which it flows out of your truck. The ingenious system protects your cargo and bed liners.

Concealed latch system

The patented latch system is concealed underneath the tonneau cover. Simply lock your tailgate to secure the contents of your truck bed.

Integrated buckle system

You can easily access full or parts of your cargo bed thanks to its integrated buckle system. It allows you to fold your BAK BAKFlip MX4 to gradually uncover your bed truck. A prop rod keeps the folded cover held up in place. You can carry large items and drive safely with your tonneau cover fully folded.

Cab bumpers

Driving with your tonneau cover propped up could be a hazard for your rear windshield. That's why three provided cab bumpers are stuck to the tonneau cover when its folded up. They prevent the tonneau cover from slamming against your windshield.

3rd brake light visibility

The folded cover of your tonneau cover rests on the back window and for most applications, it will not cover your 3rd brake light.
