Yes -- configurations for the convertible are available. However, for some years and some configurations (up until 2014), the rear row is not available. For 2015+ most configurations are available.

Does it matter if I have an all wheel drive or rear wheel drive?
For some years of the IS300, it does matter if you have an all wheel or rear wheel drive. The reason is that the floor pan varies a little bit, which effects the pattern of the floor liner.
