Power steering gets stiff and almost impossible to turn. The issue happens sporadically while driving at any time. It's been extremely dangerous.

My a4 constantly pulls to the right. I have replaced the tires, the rotors and brakes, and had audi do an alignment. The vehicle still pulls to the right.

When vehicle has been driven in wet weather and parked in the garage at 70 to 80 degrees f with the parking brake on for an extended period of time, the parking brake intermittently locks up requiring a dangerous amount of throttle to break it loose.
