Most orders ship out the same business day if placed before 1pm CST, and arrive within 3–4 business days. All orders ship from within the United States.

Order Cancellations

Act quickly — orders ship fast

We do our best to honor cancellation requests, but because most orders ship same-day we cannot guarantee we'll be able to stop an order from going out.

To request a cancellation: reply to your order confirmation email as quickly as possible. The sooner we hear from you, the better our chances of catching it before it ships.

Manufacturer-backed coverage

If you experience a warranty issue, contact us with as much detail as possible. We'll coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem may be required by the manufacturer
  • We'll handle the back-and-forth so you don't have to

Warranty claim decisions are at the exclusive discretion of the original manufacturer.
