Had new timing chain added with oil change engine locked up. Insurance won't, help. Place i bought the car won't help

Vehicle was traveling about 45 mph, hydroplaned, spun out of control, ABS system failed to stabilize vehicle. Car struck guardrail, no driver or passenger airbag deployment. Vehilce is total loss.*ak

Check engine light is on. High pressure fuel pump issue. Also, key keeps getting stuck I the ignition at random times after parking.
