Frame flex on the hitch . Wall separating behind the hitch . NHTSA is investigating Grand Design trailer . Have broken weld on the frame .

Frame weld cracks. Wall support framing cracks. Damaged cargo doors from flexing frame. Slideout damage from frame support break which may or may not keep it locked in placed during travel. Has been returned to manufacturer twice. 2024, 2025. Same issues again in 2026.

All brakes were replaced after the first failure. Pulled 3445 miles. RR brake fell apart. Causing loss of braking from that wheel.
