The red security light appeared on the screen and a code of b1154 was logged in the system, after they the bike would not start while in gear. It has to be in neutral to start.

Zip tie on electrical wiring leading to the vehicles ECU. Wires are unprotected and if zip tie rubs through could create an electrical failure resulting in a potential accident due to loss of electrical and mechanical power.
