At any time when first operating vehicle when temperatures are below freezing, brakes fail to function. Must wait for brakes/brake fluid to warm before they function correctly. Stopping impossible before system warms. I am in georgia, so i would hate to have this vehicle in new york.

Failure of front crash mitigation, lane deparure mitigation system while car is moving. Sudden deceleration from engine to electric at highway speeds.

While driving on highway all warning lights came on (in the dashboard with an exclamation point) and the car speed dropped to less than 40 m/hr
