2004 HONDA rebel motorcycle. Bought new in 2003 it is a 2004 model. It has 1400 miles on it and the clutch is slipping severely. I think HONDA should be held accountable for the replacement of these defective parts.the clutch assembly has to be replaced.

In 2004 and early 2005 models the judder spring has been installed backwards from the factory. HONDA is aware of this problem however has not issued a recall. This caused my clutch to fail at 425 miles in my 2005 HONDA rebel. When this failure happened i was in a construction zone and nearly lost my life. *jb

A weld joint on the frame of my HONDA rebel just broke. I was in first gear in my parking lot, normal pressure on the brake pedal and it just snapped off the frame and swung out to the right. If i was going faster or on the interstate i could have been hurt. *jb
