The power steering rack and bushings have been replaced twice on my vehicle when i turn corners or back out of parking spaces it causes leaking and loud noise

Apparently the term is called tramlining. Car all of sudden wants to change lanes for no reason. I've changed tires, had an alignment, nothing works. Very dangerous. *js
