Driver gauge instrument screen does not illuminate upon starting vehicle and at times when driving. No MPH or other gauges display. This defect has occurred several times and is intermittent.

While the car was idled at a stop light, the warning "reduce engine powere appeared". I took the car to the vehicle and learned this was linked to code P125d71 for fuel pump valve control- a known recall

Lexus has issued a recall on this vehicle and does not know how to repair, i could be in extreme danger. They need to repair immediately or, give me another vehicle.
