Unable to pump gas normally. Tank spits fuel back out or shuts down pump and the smell of gas coming from the car after refueling at times when driving

Transissilon has been slippinbg for months. Told it was misfire. Now car inches alolng with high acceleration attempt. Several noises and stopped. Was able to creep out of traffic and park. Now wont move at all.
