I have a 2007 suzuki gsx-r 1000 sportsbike and the frame broke in half at the welds. It is a very clean break at the welds. I have searched online and found many other complaints of the same issue for the same bike. Suzuki does have a recall on the 05/06 gsxr 1000 fro the same problem.

My son was riding his 2006 suzuki gsx r1000 on the interstate (75 mph). The frame broke and he went down. No other vehicles involved. *nm
