Product Details

Bosch QuietCast Ceramic Pads BC795 are engineered as rear brake pads for Volvo vehicles in the 1999-2009 model years listed below. The QuietCast line focuses on quiet operation and stable pedal feel, making it a practical choice for routine brake service on the Volvo S60, V70, XC70, and S80. This part uses ceramic friction material and does not include pad wear sensors, mounting hardware, or abutment hardware.

Compatible With 2005-2009 Volvo S60, rear, ATE caliper; 2001-2007 Volvo V70, rear, ATE caliper; 2003-2007 Volvo XC70, rear; 1999-2006 Volvo S80, rear; 2001-2004 Volvo S60, rear; and 2000 Volvo V70, rear. This part cross-references Monroe Shocks & Struts (e.g., 172286, 182286) for the same application.

What It Helps Address

• Rear brake pad wear on Volvo S60, V70, XC70, and S80 models
• Squealing or noise from worn rear pads
• Reduced braking response from depleted friction material
• Brake service needs on vehicles using the listed rear caliper setups
• FMSI D795 replacement matching for catalog-based repair

Installation Notes

Verify rear axle fitment, caliper type, and FMSI D795 match before installation. Inspect rotors, calipers, and pad contact points during service, and replace worn brake components as needed. Because mounting hardware and abutment hardware are not included, reuse only serviceable existing hardware or source the correct hardware separately if required by the vehicle.

Quality Assurance

Bosch QuietCast Ceramic Pads are a new replacement brake part from Bosch, a recognized name in automotive braking components. Confirm the vehicle year, model, and rear brake configuration against the listed fitment before ordering.
