Product Details

Cardone Unloaded Caliper 19-6888 is remanufactured to meet rigorous quality and performance standards, with brand-new premium components used throughout the rebuild process. The caliper is 100% pressure-tested before release, and the design includes new stainless steel hardware clips and new mounting pins where applicable. This part cross-references Nissan 440111PA1A and 440111PA1C for the same application.

Compatible With 2022-2023 Nissan TITAN XD, rear left, and 2012-2021 Nissan NV1500, NV2500, and NV3500, rear left. It also fits 2016-2021 Nissan TITAN XD, rear left, for applications noted as phenolic piston assembly replacements.

Common Brake Issues This Part Can Address

• Brake drag or uneven rear braking from a worn caliper
• Brake fluid leakage at the caliper body or bleeder area
• Soft or inconsistent pedal feel caused by caliper seal wear
• Corrosion-related piston sticking on rear brake service
• Poor brake response during Nissan TITAN XD or NV-series caliper replacement

Installation Notes

Use the correct brake fluid specified by the vehicle manufacturer and replace fluid from a sealed container. Bleeder port size is M10x1.0, and inlet port size is M10x1.0. The caliper is unloaded, so brake pads are not included. Mounting bolts are not included. For floating caliper systems, use silicone grease on the mounting pins. If the vehicle uses a phenolic piston design in the original application, follow the manufacturer’s piston material recommendation during service.

Quality Assurance

Each Cardone remanufactured brake caliper is pressure-tested and rebuilt with new wear components to support reliable operation. The remanufacturing process also reduces raw material and energy use compared with producing a new part, while maintaining OE-style fit and finish for Nissan brake repair.
