Product Details

Cardone’s remanufactured wiper motor line traces back to the company’s first product offering in 1970, and this part reflects that OE-focused approach. Each unit is tested against original equipment standards, including core components such as the armature, field, bearing, parking switch, or pulse board, then function-tested on the vehicle. This Cardone 43-2055 windshield wiper motor is a practical replacement for drivers needing consistent front wiper operation on a 2005-2010 Scion tC.

This part cross-references Toyota 8511021080 for the same application.

What It Helps Fix

• Inoperative front windshield wipers
• Slow or inconsistent wiper movement
• Wipers stopping in the middle of the windshield
• Poor parking position at the base of the windshield
• Noise or reduced output from a worn motor assembly

Installation Notes

Fits 2005-2010 Scion tC, front. Excludes washer pump compatibility. If the vehicle uses a hidden park setup and the wipers do not park correctly after installation, adjust the crank arm position on the motor shaft using the vehicle service procedure. If the motor does not operate after installation, verify washer pump condition and bench test both components before replacing either.

Quality Assurance

Cardone remanufactures this wiper motor to match OE performance and tests the finished unit for proper function. The remanufacturing process also reduces energy and raw material use compared with producing a new part, supporting an earth-friendly repair choice.
