Cardone engineers its CV Drive Axle line to address common failure points found in original units. The 66-2192HD includes a self-lock axle nut, ABS ring, and a precision-machined transmission seal diameter for proper sealing and dependable operation.

The Cardone CV Axle Assembly line focuses on correcting the causes of repeat CV failure, including boot cracking, seal wear, and shaft runout. For severe-duty applications, HD-suffix part numbers use a thermoplastic outboard boot for added durability versus a traditional neoprene design. Part number 66-2192HD is a new driveline replacement for front right service on the Ford Expedition, Lincoln Navigator, and Ford F-150.
