• Slow, weak, or intermittent front wiper movement
• Noisy operation caused by worn internal gears
• Premature motor wear from stripped or brittle gear components

Installation Notes and Tips

• Confirm the vehicle uses the listed front wiper motor configuration before ordering.
• This motor does not include a washer pump.
• If the vehicle has hidden park wipers, parking alignment may require crank arm adjustment on the motor shaft.
• Some systems will not operate correctly if the washer pump is defective, so bench test the motor and washer pump before replacement.
• Vehicles with moisture-sensitive wipers use a rain sensor mounted inside the windshield near the rearview mirror; verify system type before diagnosis.

Quality Assurance

Cardone uses load testing and controlled lubrication during assembly to support consistent operation and durability. The stronger gear material and torque-focused magnet design are intended to help the motor withstand weather exposure and linkage wear in daily use.
