This Dorman engine oil pan replaces the lower half of the original two-piece plastic design with a high-pressure diecast aluminum construction. It is built for BMW applications where the factory lower pan can warp from heat or crack from impact, leading to leaks and repeat failures.

Compatible With BMW 320i, BMW 328i, BMW 228i, and other listed BMW applications, this part number 266-061 provides a standard replacement solution with a more durable lower pan section. The gray, uncoated aluminum body uses an M18 x 1.5 drain thread and includes a magnetic drain plug for service convenience.
