Detailed Description

Dorman 80961 is an interior door handle replacement engineered for specific Kia Sedona and Hyundai Entourage sliding door applications. It uses a plastic body with a black textured finish and an irregular OE-style shape to match the original handle’s appearance and mounting layout. This part number 80961 is a direct-fit solution for vehicles equipped with manual door locks or, on listed later applications, without a power door closer.

This part cross-references Hyundai/Kia OE number 836104D000VA for the same application. Use 80961 when replacing a damaged, cracked, or missing sliding door handle on a Kia Sedona or Hyundai Entourage with the listed fitment.

Common Problems This Part Can Solve

• Broken or cracked interior sliding door handle
• Handle that no longer opens the door properly
• Loose or worn push-on attachment at the door panel
• Missing handle on a Kia Sedona or Hyundai Entourage sliding door
• Interior trim mismatch after prior repair or replacement

Installation Notes and Tips

Verify the vehicle year, make, model, and sliding door position before ordering. This handle uses a push-on attachment and does not include cable or linkage components, so inspect the existing door hardware before installation. Confirm whether your vehicle has manual door locks or a power door closer, since the fitment notes vary by application.
