Product Details

This Four Seasons hose assembly is a suction line used in the air conditioning system to carry refrigerant on the low-pressure side. The aluminum and rubber construction supports the routing and connection points found on GM truck and SUV HVAC layouts, while the included slimline washer O-rings help complete the seal at the fittings. Part number 55005 also cross-references UAC HA111252C for the same application.

Common Problems It Can Address

• Leaking A/C suction hose connections
• Cracked or deteriorated hose material
• Loss of refrigerant on the low-pressure side
• Damaged P-Nut fitting interfaces
• Poor A/C performance caused by a failed suction line

Installation Notes

• Verify the vehicle is listed by year, make, model, and rear A/C configuration before ordering.
• Confirm the system uses R134-A refrigerant.
• Inspect mating surfaces and replace worn seals during installation.
• Check routing and fitment against the original hose assembly before tightening connections.
• After installation, evacuate and recharge the system according to service specifications.
