Product Details

Four Seasons Hose Assembly 55800 is engineered as a suction line for the A/C refrigerant circuit, carrying low-pressure refrigerant from the evaporator side of the system. The aluminum and rubber construction helps match OE routing and connection style, while the P-nut fitting and captured O-ring end support a secure seal at the connection points. This part is specified for R134-A systems and includes the low-side service port needed for service access.

For fitment-focused searches, this part is commonly selected when replacing a Kia Rio A/C refrigerant suction hose on 2001-2005 models. Four Seasons 55800 is also listed under OE-style cross references such as UAC HA11107C for the same application.

Common Problems This Part Can Address

• Refrigerant loss from a damaged suction hose
• Low-side A/C pressure issues caused by a leaking line
• Cracked or deteriorated hose material in the refrigerant circuit
• Service port leakage at the low-side connection
• Improper sealing at the suction line fittings

Installation Notes and Tips

Before installation, verify the vehicle uses R134-A refrigerant and confirm the hose routing matches the original suction line. Replace any disturbed seals and inspect the mating surfaces for wear, corrosion, or contamination before connecting the new assembly. After installation, evacuate and recharge the system according to factory service procedures, then check for leaks at the fittings and service port.
