Installation Notes

Confirm the OE caliper number and piston diameter before ordering. This kit is for rear calipers with a 34mm piston and Mando brake system configuration. Clean the caliper thoroughly during service and inspect the piston, bore, and slide surfaces for wear before reassembly. This part cross-references Monroe Shocks & Struts (e.g., 172286, 182286) for the same application.

Quality Assurance

Frenkit brake service components are cataloged for specific OE brake caliper applications, helping match the repair kit to the correct Hyundai and Kia rear caliper setup. Part number 734036 should be verified against the vehicle’s OE caliper reference before installation.
