Global Parts 1711469 A/C Trinary Switch

A/C Trinary Switch for Toyota and Honda HVAC Systems

Global Parts 1711469 is an A/C trinary switch that provides electrical feedback to the engine management system and A/C controls. In modern HVAC systems, the ECM uses this signal to manage compressor operation and protect the system from unsafe pressure conditions. This Global Parts 1711469 replacement is built for vehicles such as Toyota Camry, Corolla, and Lexus ES300 applications where accurate A/C pressure signaling matters.

Key Features

• Pin terminal type with male connector for direct electrical connection
• Designed as an A/C trinary switch for HVAC pressure monitoring and compressor control
• Supports ECM communication in modern A/C systems
• Used in earlier systems to help shut the compressor off before damage occurs
• Cross-references Four Seasons 20928 and UAC SW9726C / SW10003C for the same application
• Part number 1711469 for ordering and catalog lookup

Detailed Description

This A/C trinary switch is used in a wide range of import and domestic HVAC applications, including 1991-2001 Toyota Camry, 1993-2002 Toyota Corolla, 1994-2001 Lexus ES300, and 2006-2007 Honda Accord. It also appears in Toyota FJ Cruiser, Land Cruiser, Prius, Sienna, and other listed models. Global Parts 1711469 helps the vehicle’s A/C system relay pressure-related input so the compressor can be managed correctly under changing operating conditions.

Because fitment varies by vehicle configuration, verify connector style, terminal type, and application details before installation. This part number 1711469 is commonly searched for Toyota Camry A/C trinary switch replacement, Lexus ES300 HVAC pressure switch replacement, and Honda Accord compressor pressure switch service.

What It Helps Address

• Compressor cycling problems caused by incorrect pressure signal input
• A/C system shutdown related to pressure protection logic
• Loss of ECM feedback from the HVAC pressure switch circuit
• Compressor protection concerns in older direct-control systems
• Intermittent cooling performance tied to switch electrical failure

Installation Notes and Tips

Confirm the connector is male with pin terminals before ordering. Match the vehicle year, make, model, and A/C configuration exactly, especially on Toyota Sienna w/o tow applications and other vehicles with multiple switch variants. Inspect the harness connector, refrigerant system condition, and related pressure controls during service to avoid repeat failures.

Quality Assurance

Global Parts 1711469 is cataloged as an A/C trinary switch replacement for listed applications and is supported by multiple interchange references, including Four Seasons and UAC part numbers. Use the confirmed fitment data to verify application accuracy before installation.
