Detailed Description
This HVAC blower motor assembly is built to push and pull air across the evaporator core so the climate control system can deliver conditioned air into the cabin. It uses a single-shaft, flanged-end design with a 3.0-inch motor diameter, 3.0-inch motor length, and a 5.25-inch blower wheel diameter. The shaft measures 1.813 inches long with a 0.312-inch diameter, and the unit is configured for counterclockwise rotation.
Global Parts 2312084 cross-references Four Seasons 76533 for the same application. It is listed as a direct OE replacement for Chevrolet Corvette models from 2020 through 2023, making it a practical choice when restoring HVAC airflow and blower performance.
Common Issues This Part Can Address
- Weak or inconsistent cabin airflow
- Blower motor noise from worn internal components
- HVAC fan operation that only works at certain speeds
- No air movement from the vents despite climate control commands
- Reduced cooling performance caused by poor evaporator airflow
Installation Notes and Tips
Verify connector style, terminal count, mounting flange, rotation direction, and wheel diameter before installation. This unit uses a female plug connector, male blade terminals, and flange mounting, so matching the original HVAC connector and housing layout is important for proper fitment. Confirm the vehicle is a 2020-2023 Chevrolet Corvette before ordering.
