Global Parts A/C Expansion Valve for Fiat 500

Global Parts part number 3411569 is an A/C expansion valve for select Fiat 500 applications. It meters refrigerant flow before the evaporator so the system can use the refrigerant’s cooling capacity efficiently. Compatible With 2012-2014 Fiat 500 and 2019 Fiat 500, this HVAC service part supports accurate refrigerant control in the A/C system.

Key Features

• Part number 3411569
• A/C expansion valve for HVAC refrigerant flow control
• Designed for select Fiat 500 models
• Cross-references Four Seasons 39575 for the same application
• Cross-references UAC EX9737C for the same application

Product Details

This Global Parts expansion valve is used in the air conditioning system to reduce refrigerant pressure before it enters the evaporator. That pressure drop helps the evaporator absorb heat more effectively, which is essential for stable cabin cooling. For Fiat 500 owners servicing the A/C system, 3411569 is a direct-fit replacement option for the listed model years.

What It Helps Address

• Weak or inconsistent cabin cooling
• Improper refrigerant metering at the evaporator
• A/C performance loss after system service
• Restricted refrigerant flow in the HVAC circuit
• Need for a replacement expansion valve during A/C repair

Installation Notes and Tips

Install this part during A/C service on the confirmed Fiat 500 applications: Fits 2012-2014 Fiat 500, N/A; Fits 2019 Fiat 500, N/A. Replace the expansion valve/orifice tube when the system is opened, and follow proper evacuation, leak testing, and recharge procedures before returning the vehicle to service. Verify refrigerant system cleanliness and inspect related seals and components during installation.

Quality Assurance

Global Parts recommends replacing the expansion valve/orifice tube each time the A/C system is serviced. This part number 3411569 is built for the listed Fiat 500 fitments and is intended to restore proper refrigerant control in the HVAC system.
