Global Parts 3412057 A/C Expansion Valve

Global Parts A/C Expansion Valve for Corvette

Global Parts part 3412057 is an A/C expansion valve for select 2020-2024 Chevrolet Corvette applications. It regulates refrigerant flow before the evaporator so the system can use the refrigerant’s cooling capacity effectively.

Key Features

• Direct-fit A/C expansion valve for 2020-2024 Chevrolet Corvette
• Controls refrigerant flow into the evaporator
• Supports proper A/C system pressure and cooling performance
• Global Parts part number 3412057
• Cross-references Monroe Shocks & Struts 84651681 for the same application

Product Details

This A/C expansion valve is used in the refrigerant metering circuit to reduce refrigerant pressure before it enters the evaporator. For Corvette owners servicing the air conditioning system, part 3412057 provides the correct flow-restricting function for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 Chevrolet Corvette models. Global Parts recommends replacing the expansion valve or orifice tube whenever the A/C system is serviced to help maintain consistent refrigerant control.

What It Helps Address

• Weak cabin cooling from improper refrigerant metering
• Erratic evaporator performance during A/C operation
• Restricted refrigerant flow caused by a worn valve
• Service-related A/C performance loss on Chevrolet Corvette systems

Installation Notes

Fits 2020-2024 Chevrolet Corvette, N/A. Verify the vehicle’s A/C configuration and refrigerant circuit before installation. Replace the expansion valve during system service after the refrigerant has been properly recovered and the system has been inspected for contamination or blockage.

Quality Assurance

Global Parts supplies HVAC service components for automotive repair applications. Part 3412057 is built for the listed Corvette fitment and follows the manufacturer’s guidance for A/C system service.
