Detailed Description

Global Parts 624C is a radiator assembly for 1988-1993 Chevrolet and GMC applications that use a 17 in. x 34 in. core layout. It is engineered as a cross-flow unit with aluminum heat-transfer surfaces and plastic end tanks, helping move heat out of the engine coolant while also supporting fluid cooling for the engine oil and transmission oil circuits. This part number 624C cross-references Four Seasons 20905 for the same application.

Fits 1988-1993 Chevrolet C1500, N/A; Fits 1992-1993 Chevrolet Blazer, N/A; Fits 1988-1993 GMC K3500, N/A. It also covers additional Chevrolet and GMC C/K truck and Suburban applications listed in the fitment data, including GMC Yukon coverage for 1992-1993.

What It Helps Address

• Engine overheating caused by a worn or inefficient radiator
• Coolant temperature instability during towing or stop-and-go driving
• Transmission fluid heat buildup in equipped vehicles
• Engine oil temperature management in applications with factory cooler circuits
• Leaks or corrosion associated with aging radiator tanks and core assemblies

Installation Notes and Tips

Verify the vehicle uses the 17 in. x 34 in. core configuration before ordering. Confirm inlet size, cooler fitting style, and cooler line spacing against the original radiator on the vehicle. The fitment data lists N/A for position, so match the radiator by application and cooling-system layout rather than side or corner location.

Quality Assurance

Global Parts 624C is built to serve the listed Chevrolet and GMC applications with the specified core material, tank material, and integrated cooler provisions. Review all cooling-system connections, hose routing, and cooler line adapters during installation to ensure proper fit and function.
