Detailed Description

Global Parts 9613234A is an A/C compressor kit designed for vehicles that use the listed V5 6-groove compressor setup. The kit line is organized to replace the compressor and related service parts together, with the condenser included to address one of the most common sources of repeat A/C problems. This makes it a practical choice for Chevrolet Aveo and Aveo5, as well as Pontiac Wave, Wave5, and G3 Wave models that require this specific configuration.

This part number, 9613234A, is intended for repair work where restoring cooling performance requires more than a compressor alone. It is a fitment-based solution for 2004-2008 Chevrolet Aveo, 2006-2008 Chevrolet Aveo5, 2005-2008 Pontiac Wave, 2005-2007 Pontiac Wave5, and 2009 Pontiac G3 Wave.

Common Problems This Kit Can Address

• Loss of cabin cooling performance
• Compressor failure or seizure
• Restricted A/C flow from a contaminated condenser
• Noise from a worn compressor assembly
• System issues after prior A/C repair

Installation Notes and Tips

Before installation, verify the vehicle’s compressor style, groove count, and model-year fitment against the application listing. Flush the system as needed, replace the receiver/drier or accumulator when required by the vehicle setup, and evacuate and recharge the system to the correct specification after assembly. Inspect hoses, seals, and the expansion valve for wear before returning the vehicle to service.

Quality Assurance

Global Parts markets this Kit+ configuration as a complete repair-focused package for the listed applications. The inclusion of a new condenser is intended to support a more thorough A/C system repair and help reduce return failures on the same vehicle platform.
