Product Details

Global Parts Compressor Kit New w/ Condenser, part number 9621244A, is part of the brand’s Kit+ line. That product line combines the compressor with related A/C service components and a condenser so the repair can be completed with the parts specified for the application. The condenser is included because replacing it during compressor service can reduce repeat failures caused by contamination or restricted flow in the system.

This part is listed for 2009 Dodge Caliber, 2009 Jeep Compass, and 2009 Jeep Patriot vehicles with the noted 6SEU16C 6-groove compressor application. This part cross-references OE-style numbers 6512470 and 3586C for the same application.

Common A/C Problems This Kit Can Address

• Loss of cooling performance in the listed Dodge Caliber, Jeep Compass, or Jeep Patriot
• Compressor noise, seizure, or internal wear
• System contamination after compressor failure
• Restricted condenser flow affecting refrigerant circulation
• Need for a complete A/C service on the confirmed vehicle application

Installation Notes and Tips

Verify the 6SEU16C 6-groove compressor configuration before ordering. Flush the system as needed, replace the receiver/drier or accumulator when specified by the application, and evacuate and recharge the system to the correct refrigerant specification after installation. Inspect hoses, seals, and the expansion valve circuit for contamination before returning the vehicle to service.

Quality Assurance

Global Parts Kit+ assemblies are packaged to match the listed application and include the major components needed for a proper A/C repair. The condenser is included to help reduce return failures associated with reused heat exchangers.
