This part is listed for 2013 Ford Focus and 2014 Ford Focus models with VS16, 5-groove configuration, front expansion valve 3411549, O-ring seal kit 1321361, and condenser 3981C. For 2014 Ford Focus, the fitment note also specifies before 2/18/14.

What This Part Helps Address

• Failed A/C compressor operation
• Loss of cooling performance in the Ford Focus HVAC system
• Contamination-related repeat compressor failure after prior A/C repair
• Restricted condenser flow affecting refrigerant circulation
• Service needs on listed 2013-2014 Ford Focus applications

Installation Notes and Tips

Verify the vehicle’s compressor configuration, belt groove count, and build date before ordering. This part is listed for 2014 Ford Focus before 2/18/14 and for 2013 Ford Focus with the noted VS16, 5-groove setup. Confirm the front expansion valve, O-ring seal kit, and condenser references against the vehicle’s existing A/C system before installation. Proper evacuation, leak checking, and refrigerant recharge procedures are required after A/C component replacement.

Quality Assurance

Global Parts positions this Kit+ product line as a complete repair solution for the listed application, with the condenser included to help reduce return failures after compressor replacement.
