Detailed Description

Global Parts 9634045PB is a Preboxed Compressor Kit designed to supply the core components needed for an A/C compressor replacement job. The kit format brings together the compressor, accumulator/filter drier, expansion device, and Rapid Seal Kit in one application-specific package, helping streamline HVAC repairs and reduce the need to source related parts separately. This part number, 9634045PB, is cataloged for the 1986 Ford Aerostar and is identified as an ear-mount compressor kit for that application.

This part cross-references Monroe Shocks & Struts (e.g., 172286, 182286) for the same application.

What It Solves

  • Replaces worn or failed A/C compressor components in one service package
  • Addresses refrigerant system contamination concerns tied to a failing compressor
  • Helps restore proper A/C system flow and pressure control
  • Reduces time spent matching separate HVAC service parts

Installation Notes

Verify ear-mount configuration and catalog fitment before installation. Replace related A/C service components only as specified by the application and follow standard evacuation, leak-check, and recharge procedures after installation. Confirm the part number 9634045PB against the vehicle listing before beginning the repair.

Quality Assurance

Global Parts states that its compressor kits are application specific and packaged to include the components needed to complete the job correctly the first time.
