Detailed Product Overview

Mahle MIS19879 is a master intake manifold gasket set for gasoline engine intake sealing service. The rubber gasket construction is selected for consistent sealing at the intake manifold and plenum interfaces, while the included injector O-rings and throttle body gasket help complete the intake installation without sourcing separate sealing pieces. This part number is a practical choice for intake manifold reseal work on Chrysler 200, Dodge Journey, Jeep Grand Cherokee, and Ram ProMaster models, as well as other listed applications.

This part cross-references Monroe Shocks & Struts (e.g., 172286, 182286) for the same application.

Common Repair Uses

• Intake manifold vacuum leaks
• Air leaks at the plenum or throttle body sealing surfaces
• Fuel injector seal leakage during intake service
• Rough idle or drivability issues tied to intake sealing loss
• Maintenance replacement during intake manifold removal

Installation Notes
