Detailed description

Nissens part number 840099 is an A/C refrigerant discharge hose assembly for select 2004-2015 Nissan and INFINITI trucks and SUVs. It is made for the discharge line in the air conditioning system and uses P-nut fittings on both the discharge and suction ends. This hose supports the movement of refrigerant and lubricant through the system, helping restore proper A/C operation after hose failure or leakage. This part cross-references Nissan OE numbers 92490ZT00A and 92490ZT05A for the same application.

Compatible With 2005-2015 Nissan Armada, Discharge Line; 2004-2015 Nissan TITAN, Discharge Line; 2004-2010 INFINITI QX56, Discharge Line; and 2004 Nissan Pathfinder Armada, Discharge Line. If you are replacing an A/C discharge hose on a Nissan Armada, Nissan TITAN, or INFINITI QX56, 840099 is matched to the listed OE-style application.

Common issues this part can address

• Refrigerant loss from a cracked or leaking discharge hose
• Reduced A/C performance caused by restricted refrigerant flow
• Oil residue at hose connections or along the line
• Damage from age, vibration, or corrosion in the engine bay
• Failed hose assembly on the Nissan Armada, Nissan TITAN, or INFINITI QX56

Installation notes and tips

Verify the vehicle uses R134A refrigerant and confirm the discharge line routing before installation. Inspect mating surfaces and replace worn seals as needed; seals are included with this hose assembly. No manifold, mounting bracket, muffler, or service port is included, so transfer or reuse only the components already specified for the vehicle.

Quality assurance

Nissens A/C hose assemblies are manufactured to meet or exceed OE specifications for fit and function. Part number 840099 is built for the listed Nissan and INFINITI applications and is intended to support proper A/C system operation when installed on the correct vehicle.
