Nissens 951000 A/C Receiver Drier

Receiver Drier Overview

This Nissens A/C receiver drier, part number 951000, is built for Nissan HVAC service where moisture control and contaminant filtration matter. It is an OE-standard replacement for R134A systems and is listed for multiple Nissan applications, including Frontier, Xterra, Pathfinder, and Quest.

Key Features

• Aluminium construction for a durable, service-ready housing.
• Integrated desiccant helps remove moisture from the A/C loop.
• OE-standard testing supports consistent filtration performance.
• Includes O-rings for sealing at the connection points.
• Designed for R134A refrigerant systems.

Detailed Description

Nissens part number 951000 is a receiver drier for the air conditioning system that helps protect internal components by filtering particles and absorbing moisture before it circulates through the loop. The aluminium body and built-in desiccant make it a practical replacement when servicing Nissan A/C systems that use R134A refrigerant. This part cross-references UAC (e.g., RD11015C) and Spectra Premium (e.g., 0210137) for the same application.

Compatible with Nissan Frontier, Nissan Xterra, Nissan Pathfinder, and Nissan Quest applications, this receiver drier is a direct-fit service part for common HVAC repairs. If you are replacing a worn or contaminated A/C receiver drier on a Nissan Frontier, Pathfinder, or Xterra, part number 951000 provides the filtration and moisture control needed to restore system protection.

What It Is Used For

• Moisture buildup in the A/C loop
• Particle and debris contamination inside the system
• Reduced refrigerant system cleanliness after service
• Protection of downstream A/C components from contamination
• Replacement of a saturated or aging receiver drier

Installation Notes and Tips

Replace the O-rings during installation and verify the system is charged with R134A refrigerant. Because the desiccant is not replaceable, the complete unit is serviced as an assembly. Confirm fitment by year, make, and model before installation on Nissan Frontier, Xterra, Pathfinder, or Quest applications.

Quality Assurance

Nissens manufactures and tests receiver driers and accumulators to OE standards for filtration and moisture absorption performance. Part number 951000 is built to meet the requirements of the original-style A/C service application.
