Detailed Product Information

Nissens 999366 is an A/C expansion valve used to meter liquid refrigerant into the evaporator based on system demand. Correct refrigerant control is critical for stable vent temperatures, efficient compressor operation, and balanced HVAC performance. This block-type valve features aluminum construction and is specified for R134A applications. It includes O-rings and uses the listed inlet and outlet thread dimensions for proper system matching. This part cross-references OE-style application numbers such as 922001HF0A and AVE170000S for the same application.

Compatible With Nissan GT-R, Nissan Rogue Sport, Nissan Murano, Nissan Pathfinder, Nissan Rogue, Nissan Armada, Nissan Quest, Nissan Altima, Nissan Maxima, Nissan Versa, Nissan Versa Note, Nissan 370Z, Nissan NV200, and INFINITI Q50, Q60, QX60, QX80, QX50, QX70, Q40, EX35, EX37, FX35, FX37, FX50, G25, G37, JX35, and QX56 applications listed in the fitment data. Part number 999366 is also a useful reference when verifying the correct HVAC service component for these vehicles.

What This Part Helps Address

• Weak or inconsistent cabin cooling
• Improper refrigerant metering at the evaporator
• HVAC performance issues after A/C service
• Expansion valve leakage or restriction
• System mismatch during compressor or evaporator repair

Installation Notes and Tips

Confirm refrigerant type, port dimensions, and vehicle-specific fitment before installation. Replace the valve only after recovering refrigerant and opening the system according to proper A/C service procedures. Inspect the sealing surfaces and use the included O-rings during reassembly. Verify the application carefully on Nissan GT-R, Nissan Rogue, and INFINITI QX60 models, since some listings vary by build date or HVAC configuration.

Quality Assurance

Nissens develops thermal management components for aftermarket use with a focus on consistent manufacturing standards and application coverage. Part number 999366 reflects that approach with OE-style fitment data and material specifications for service technicians and repair shops.
