Product Details

NTK’s technical sensor line builds on decades of OE and aftermarket experience. The MG0045 is manufactured to meet or exceed OE specifications and is validated through thermal shock, vibration, and OBD verification testing. This makes it a practical choice for drivers and technicians servicing Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana vans that need accurate airflow measurement for engine control.

This part cross-references Standard Ignition (e.g., MAS0219, MAS0374) for the same application.

Common Issues It May Resolve

• Rough idle caused by inaccurate airflow readings
• Hesitation or poor throttle response
• Check engine light related to air metering faults
• Reduced fuel economy from incorrect fuel trim calculations
• Driveability problems on Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana vans

Installation Notes and Tips

Verify the sensor module with housing configuration before ordering. Confirm the vehicle year, make, and model against the fitment list for Chevrolet Express 1500, 2500, and 3500, as well as GMC Savana 1500, 2500, and 3500 applications. Inspect the intake tract, connectors, and related wiring before installation to avoid repeat faults.

Quality Assurance

NTK is the only OE supplier with a full line of technical sensors in the aftermarket for import and domestic vehicles. The MG0045 is produced using OE-based engineering and testing standards to support consistent sensor performance across the listed applications.
