Product Details

The Phillips CrystalVision Platinum - Twin Special Pack line focuses on a balanced upgrade: a sharper white look, improved forward illumination, and halogen simplicity. The 9007CVPS2 bulb uses a standard capsule design with a C-8 filament type, 65/55 watt rating, and clear bulb finish. It is a practical choice for drivers replacing aging factory bulbs on vehicles such as the Nissan Frontier, Ford Ranger, and Mitsubishi Mirage G4.

This part cross-references common 9007 halogen applications for the same headlight setup.

Common Issues This Bulb Can Address

• Dull or yellowed headlight output from worn halogen bulbs
• Reduced nighttime visibility on high beam or low beam circuits
• Factory lighting that does not match a cleaner white appearance
• Need for a street-legal halogen upgrade with DOT approval
• Replacement of a failed 9007-style headlight bulb

Installation Notes

Verify the bulb base, beam type, and headlamp style before installation. This bulb is listed for high beam and low beam positions on supported vehicles, with some fitments requiring halogen capsule headlights or specific factory configurations. Confirm the original bulb number against your vehicle’s owner information or existing bulb before ordering. For best results, avoid touching the glass surface during installation.
