Installation Notes and Tips

Verify transmission type before ordering, since several listings are limited to 3L80, THM400, or THM475/M40 applications. Match the vehicle year, make, and model exactly to the fitment list, especially on Chevrolet, GMC, and Jaguar vehicles. Clean all sealing surfaces thoroughly before installation and inspect the transmission case, pan rail, and related components for wear or damage before reassembly.
