Detailed Description

PO4612EX is an engine oil filter designed for many late-model and older import and domestic vehicles, including Honda Civic, Honda CR-V, Honda Accord, Acura MDX, Nissan Rogue, Mazda CX-5, and Mitsubishi Outlander applications. This part cross-references Premium Guard PG4612EX for the same application. If you are searching for an oil filter for a 2023-2026 Honda Civic, 2008-2026 Nissan Rogue, or 2013-2025 Mazda CX-5, PO4612EX is built to match those service needs with the correct M20x1.5P thread specification.

What It Helps Address

• Dirty engine oil that can carry wear particles through the lubrication system
• Oil drain-back after shutdown that can delay oil pressure on restart
• Seal leakage at the filter base during routine service intervals
• Service replacement needs for extended-life oil change schedules
• Fitment matching for vehicles requiring an M20x1.5P spin-on oil filter

Installation Notes and Tips

Verify the thread size, gasket dimensions, and filter height before installation. PO4612EX uses a spin-on design with a silicone gasket and anti-drain back valve, so proper seating on the mounting surface is important for a clean seal. Confirm vehicle-specific fitment for your exact year, make, and model before service.
