This cable uses a barrel fitting at one end and a loop fitting at the other, with overall cable and housing lengths provided to match the original routing and connection points. The Raybestos Element3 line focuses on brake service parts for vehicles that need accurate fit and dependable parking brake operation.

For long-tail search relevance, this part is a rear right parking brake cable for 2003-2018 Chevrolet Express 2500, rear right parking brake cable for 2019-2024 Chevrolet Express 2500, and rear right parking brake cable for 2019-2025 GMC Savana 2500. It also applies to select Chevrolet Express 3500 and GMC Savana 3500 configurations, including notes for 2024 Chevrolet Express 3500 with 9900 lb GVW and certain cutaway chassis exclusions.

What It Helps Fix

Weak or uneven rear parking brake engagement
Broken, stretched, or corroded cable routing at the rear right wheel
Parking brake lever travel that no longer holds the vehicle securely
Brake service issues caused by worn cable ends or housing wear

Installation Notes and Tips

Verify the vehicle year, make, model, and rear right position before ordering. Confirm the barrel and loop end fittings match the original cable, and compare the listed overall cable and housing lengths to the removed part. On Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana vans, check for application notes such as cutaway chassis exclusions and the 2024 Express 3500 9900 lb GVW requirement. Inspect related parking brake components for wear before installation.
