What It Helps Address

• Cracked or deteriorated brake hose rubber
• Brake fluid seepage at hose connections
• Restricted hydraulic flow from aged hose internals
• Corrosion at exposed brake line components
• Soft or inconsistent brake pedal feel caused by hose wear

Installation Notes and Tips

Verify end fitting type, fitting size, hose length, and brake position before installation. This hose uses a banjo fitting on one end and a female fitting on the other, so confirm the mating connections on the vehicle before ordering. Replace any worn sealing surfaces during service, and follow the vehicle manufacturer’s brake bleeding procedure after installation.

Quality Assurance

Sunsong states that each hose is high-pressure tested before leaving the factory. The hose is manufactured to meet or exceed DOT, FMVSS 106, and SAE J1401 standards, and the steel tubing is zinc electroplated for added resistance to humidity, road salt, water, and grime.
