• Soft or inconsistent brake pedal feel caused by hose deterioration
• Corrosion at the hose tubing or end connections
• Cracked, swollen, or aged EPDM hose material
• Brake service issues on the front left line of GM vans

Installation Notes and Tips

Verify the front left position, fitting sizes, and bracket location before installation. This hose uses a 10 mm banjo end and a 12 mm female end, and the banjo connection includes new copper washers for sealing. Confirm the vehicle’s year, model, and GVW note for the Express 2500 and Savana 2500 applications before replacing the original hose.

Sunsong manufactures this brake hose to meet or exceed DOT, FMVSS 106, and SAE J1401 requirements. Each hose is pressure tested at the factory, and the steel tubing is zinc coated to improve resistance to rust and corrosion from humidity, road salt, water, and grime.
