Detailed Description

TYC part number 11-6658-00 is a left tail light assembly for the Toyota 4Runner. It is built as a complete assembly with bulbs included and uses a plastic lens and housing for exterior lighting service. The unit includes LED tail, brake, and rear side marker lighting, plus halogen back-up and rear turn signal bulbs, matching the mixed lighting layout used on the vehicle. This part cross-references Toyota 81561-35392 and Partslink TO2818152 for the same application. For 2023-2024 Toyota 4Runner, left, and 2014-2022 Toyota 4Runner, left, this assembly supports rear lighting replacement with the correct lens color and bulb configuration. TYC Regular focuses on direct replacement lighting components for common OE-style applications, and 11-6658-00 follows that approach for the Toyota 4Runner rear lamp position.

Common Replacement Uses

• Cracked or damaged left rear lamp housing
• Dim, failed, or non-functioning tail lamp LEDs
• Brake light or rear marker light failure
• Back-up lamp or rear turn signal bulb service issues
• Restoring rear lighting appearance after collision repair

Installation Notes

Verify left-side fitment before installation. Confirm connector condition, bulb seating, and lens alignment during replacement. Transfer or inspect any vehicle-side seals and fasteners as needed based on the existing mounting points. For best results, compare the old assembly to TYC 11-6658-00 before final installation on the Toyota 4Runner.
